Material Transition SubSystem
Material Transition Subsystem is a special designed control system to handle material In-Transition between Hong Kong store to PRC factories. Most of the case, Hong Kong operation and PRC operation are under two dependent companies control. Hence, Material charges between plants will be happened. Hence, Invoice will be issued on the Delivery List to the PRC plants without any Purchase Orders or Sales Orders involvement as it just an operational procedure for the material transfer. In addition, material transfer process in the Inventory Control Subsystem cannot fit the operation need as Invoice and Re-inspection is required during the transfer. The situation is not just an inter-store material movement operation. Therefore, this special module has been developed to handle the above grey area situation.

		Support Material Transition List or Packing List printing;
		Provides Two level material deduction processes - Data entry and entry approval;
		Provides Invoice printing for the Material Transition List;
		Supports PRC factories material Receiving control;
